Siebel Server Sync Overview

Siebel Server Sync for Microsoft Exchange Server is a synchronization solution that enables synchronization of data between Siebel Database and MS Exchange Server. Contacts, Calendar and Tasks information from Exchange Server can be synchronized to Siebel. The Synchronization does not require any end-user management or action to start and complete the synchronization. Synchronization happens at configurable periodic intervals between Exchange Server and Siebel Database.
