Oracle Policy Automation Connector for Siebel CRM provides an out-of-the-box integration between Oracle Determinations Server and the Siebel CRM web services framework. It allows rules modeled in Oracle Policy Modeling to be quickly and easily integrated with the Siebel data model and deployed into a Siebel landscape. This approach to deploying and maintaining business logic within a Siebel case management or call center solution reduces the cost and risk of future Siebel upgrades, by minimizing the amount of Siebel eScript needed, while delivering maximum business visibility of modeled policies and rules.
