• Process multiple payrolls, locally or worldwide, using your defined outbound interface parameters to exchange employee-level HR and payroll data to multiple processing sites with added configuration.
• Exchange a wide range of payroll, benefits, savings plan, 401(k), Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) contribution, W4, and personnel data.
• Run the deduction calculation processes as often as needed before confirming results and recalculate all deductions, or only those needed.
• Use the same codes maintained on your source system to include month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date balances.
• Feed payroll data into your PeopleSoft Human Resources system for employees to view and update, and for reporting purposes, too.
• U.S. Federal Government users can export Personnel Action Request (PAR) data and access a unique set of pages as a template for exporting position, job, and employee data to the National Finance Center (NFC).
