Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise Mobile Time and Expense is a fully detachable, nomadic time and expense reporting application that works independently of network connections. In a single process, business travelers can download information to their PCs, perform project time and expense reporting in a detached mode, and reconnect via a web browser to submit reports for approval.
