Collaborative Planning Schedule

• Build, maintain, and collaborate with suppliers on your supply plan
• Suppliers access the planning schedules directly through the Supplier Portal
• Suppliers view, approve, or suggest changes to the schedule and dispatch the final version back to the scheduler
• Send email alerts—generated by you or your supplier—directly from within the application
• Sort supply schedule quantity balances by day, week, or month, and project balances to a specified date in the future
• Create and maintain the schedule using the scheduler's workbench
• Dispatch the schedule when the scheduler/buyer is comfortable with it
• Use the workbench to review requirements and to determine whether to accept, decline, or suggest changes
• Rebuild and dispatch supply schedules multiple times
• Convert selected planned purchase orders into purchase order schedules or make adjustments to existing purchase orders where needed

Inventory Quantity Balances

• View quantity balances for consigned items, such as quantity on hand, quantity owned by vendor, and quantity available
• Search for items by specific inventory business units, vendor ID, item category, or specific items
• Sort items by percentage remaining above reorder point, vendor ID, business unit, item, and category
• View each item and review replenishment parameters such as quantity on hand, reorder point, reorder quantity, and safety stock
• Display inventory balances for critical items in bar chart form with the capability to look more closely into the items’ replenishment details
• Create and maintain the schedule using the scheduler's workbench
• Dispatch the schedule when the scheduler/buyer is comfortable with it
• Use the workbench to review requirements and to determine whether to accept, decline, or suggest changes
• Rebuild and dispatch supply schedules multiple times

Kanban Requests

• Enable suppliers to view outstanding and recently dispatched vendor-sourced replenishment requests
• Sort and filter Kanban requests—even hide those that already have been viewed
• Enable suppliers to view details of each listed Kanban request
• Enable suppliers to view creation, dispatch, and receipt date information, as well as current status of each Kanban request
