• Monitor business applications for conditions of interest to business analysts and other users and alert users when an exception occurs and present information and scenarios to resolve the exception.
• Automate tracking of problems and exceptions, enabling staff members to be more productive and ensures everyone in the company conforms to best practices.
• Alerts can be sent to one or more users via the desktop, pager, e-mail or voice mail, all defined during the exception setup.
