Oracle WebLogic Operations Control automates the adaptive management of applications to enable the highest possible quality of service with the
most efficient use of data center resources. With Oracle WebLogic Operations Control, operations teams are able to define policies based on
application-level SLAs that govern the allocation of hardware and software resources to ensure that quality of service (QoS) goals are met.
When pre-defined conditions occur, the Oracle WebLogic Operations Control controller will dynamically allocate or deallocate resources to
applications or services by invoking the deployment capabilities of the underlying infrastructure. Applications can be dynamically extended or
re-configured to meet runtime requirements, without constant monitoring by system operators.
