	Oracle works actively to address community needs and improve the quality of life in the communities in which it does business. 	Education Initiatives The ability to use technology to learn and succeed in the 21st century has become a "new basic" for all students. To meet this educational challenge, every school needs innovative content and technically savvy teachers. Unfortunately, these are the very resources that many schools find in short supply. Volunteers At Oracle, we attribute our success directly to the efforts of our talented, motivated, and creative work force. Oracle employees are willing to do more, go further, and give more. In addition to their busy schedules, many Oracle employees seek ways to share their time and talents with those in need. Oracle Giving Oracle Giving is committed to being a vital, contributing partner to the world community, building long-term alliances with nonpolitical, nonreligious, nonprofit organizations to make a substantial impact on education, the environment and medical research. Oracle Accessibility Program Assisting Oracle's disabled users is a priority—be they customers or employees. Community Partners Oracle is committed to the local communities in which we live and work. To compliment Oracle Giving and Oracle Volunteers, we have created Community Partners to establish local presence in the major communities where we are located: Redwood Shores and Rocklin, CA, Colorado Springs, CO, Orlando, FL, Burlington, MA, Nashua, NH, and Reston, VA.
