	ORACLE TRAINING FACTS
	70 Project HIRED job candidates attended 150 classes and received 4,800 hours of training at Oracle University. The most popular class categories were Database/Development Tools and E-Business Suite. 24 people successfully obtained employment while the others became substantially more marketable during a time when the unemployment rate for people with disabilities remained over 55%. Oracle provided training with an in-kind value of $81,500. Oracle training enables job candidates to compete more effectively by enhancing their skill set and overall marketability. (Candidates earn an average of $55,000 annually.)
