I'm having trouble logging-in. What do I do?
To access the site, your browser must be enabled for cookies. Check the menu options for enabling cookies and follow the procedure. If that doesn't work, check your login information and try again.
What if I've forgotten my password?
Use the Password Finder utility accessed from the Lost Password link on the sign-in page.
What if my account cannot be found when using the Password Finder?
Check the username or email address and try again, if the account still cannot be found please create a new account (using the same email address).
I received a new password, but it doesn't work. What now?
If your oracle.com login has recently stopped working for you AND you have received a password from the password utility that does not work, please use the "Login/Access issues" Web form located here.

The Password Finder indicates a password has been sent but I never received it.
If you are not receiving a password via email after using the password finder it is most likely because we have an old e-mail address on file for your account. Unfortunately, at this time you cannot update that e-mail and you will need to create a new account using your current e-mail address.
How do I change the email address in my membership profile?
Oracle's membership management system does not currently support the editing of the email address in your membership profile. (It will support this capability in a future release.) Please create a new account with the new email address you wish to use. However, it is possible to change the email at which you receive Discussion Forum "watch" emails (see "Your Control Panel" when logged in).
I am trying to create a new account but get an error message that my username/email is already in use. What should I do?
When trying to create a new account, if you find there is already an existing account for your username/email please use the Password Finder to receive a new password.
How can I tell if I am logged in?
If you are logged in, you will see "Welcome" with your name in the upper right side of the page. If you are not logged in, you will see the "Sign In / Register for a free Oracle Web account" link.
After enabling cookies and entering my username and password, I still can't log in. What do I do?
Are you sure that you entered your username and password correctly? To be sure you're logging in correctly, please try using our password finder utility, which will email your username and password to the email address specified in your account. When you obtain your username and password, copy and paste them into the login boxes.
Why don't I stay logged in across sessions?
Sorry, for security reasons we require you to log in for every session.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, make sure you are logged on and click the "Account" link in the upper right side of the page. This will bring you to the main registration page where there is a "Change Password" link in the upper right side of the page under the "Log out" link.
How do I delete my account?
Use the "Login/Access issues" Web form located here to request the deletion of your account.
