Kevin Kinnally
Since 1985, Kevin Kinnally has been a leader in information technology delivery and management with a focus on project management. As Group Vice President for Oracle's North America Project Management Office, Kevin has responsibility for enhancing Oracle Consulting's capabilities in Project and Program Management, via standards, certification and training programs, and a Quality Assurance program that provides independent project reviews of its key projects. Kevin also engages on Oracle Consulting's most complex programs to provide consultation for maximizing client satisfaction and return on those programs.

Luke Kowalski is the corporate UI architect at Oracle. His role serves to bridge the user interface (UI) design groups at Oracle, and he works as an evangelist for effective UI technology, on legal aspects of user interfaces, business context, and cross-divisional information architecture integration. Before coming to Oracle, he worked for various startups as director of UI and the Web, as well as for Netscape's Server User Interface Group.

Jim McGlothlin
Jim McGlothlin is vice president of Higher Education Applications Sales at Oracle, where he is responsible for all major higher education programs, initiatives, and field operations within Oracle's enterprise applications business. He also conducts partnership-building with Oracle's key partners in systems integration and third party software products. Jim's career includes 16 years with Oracle and PeopleSoft. He is a former Navy submarine officer and a graduate of the University of Southern California and Naval Postgraduate School.

Roger Sullivan
Roger K. Sullivan is vice president of Business Development for Oracle's Identity Management solutions. Most of his time is spent with Oracle's premier customers, assisting them in understanding the business value of identity management. Roger is also active with the Liberty Alliance, an industry association of vendors and enterprise customers developing standards for federated identity management. He serves as Oracle's representative to and vice president of Liberty's Management Board and chair of the Liberty Alliance Conformance Expert Group.
