Oracle today announced that it will further solidify its position as the #1 retail software company in the world and as a distinguished retail industry thought leader at the World Retail Congress in Barcelona, March 28-30, 2007.
Oracle(r) Retail General Manager and Senior Vice President Duncan Angove will lead a session on Thursday, March 29 on "Unlocking Value in Retail." The session will provide insight into how technology can help retailers overcome the relentless pressure they face to deliver results in order to transform the economics of their balance sheet. Angove will be joined on stage by Richard Space, Senior Vice President of Sourcing, Logistics and Information Services at U.S. fashion retailer Anchor Blue and John Pfeffer, Head of European Retail Sector and Partner at private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR).
