Oracle Unveils Partner Leadership Program
Designed to Specifically Help Oracle Partners Enhance Business Growth by Identifying and Strengthening Their Leadership Attributes and Sales Acumen
ORACLE OPENWORLD, SAN FRANCISCO,   14-NOV-2007 05:00 AM    Enabling members of the Oracle(r) PartnerNetwork to be successful in growing and adapting their businesses to competitive pressures and changes in the marketplace, Oracle today announced the North America Oracle Partner Leadership Program. By participating in the Oracle Partner Leadership Program, partner organizations have the opportunity to obtain a clear profile of their firm's leadership and sales readiness, a vital component to profitability in today's dynamic marketplace.

The Oracle Partner Leadership Program is designed to quickly and easily gather information from members of partner leadership and sales management teams. By synthesizing the data collected, Oracle gives Oracle Partner Leadership Program participants the ability to evaluate their firm's sales skills and leadership attributes relative to other successful Oracle partners, as well as other high tech professionals.

The Oracle Partner Leadership Program helps partners gain visibility into how their firm compares to the population of North America partners in the Oracle PartnerNetwork, to the Oracle PartnerNetwork population by business model (ISV, SI, Reseller) and to 1000 non-Oracle high tech respondents from past surveys done across the Industry. The Oracle Partner Leadership Program offers these North America partners additional benefits, including the ability to extend the survey to additional employees, request individual level results and obtain customized development plans for participating employees. Participants may also provide direct feedback to the Oracle Alliances and Channels executive team, which may help shape the future of Oracle's Partner enablement programs according to their firm's prioritized needs.
