- "Enabling customer self-service and conserving water resources are key priorities in our
business," said Alisa Mann, customer services manager for Las Vegas Valley Water District.
"We selected this technology because it offered the flexibility, scalability and service our
company requires to effectively meet the demands of our customers while also deterring
water waste."
- "With Oracle Utilities applications, we can improve the information we deliver to our
customers, particularly during power outages," said Tom Joaquin, senior vice president,
operations, Hawaiian Electric Company. "We can now provide a consistent, single view of
data across the organization -- from executives to service representatives, and from trouble
dispatchers to crews in the field. Oracle's robust feature set and built-in integration between
the network management and workforce management applications were fundamental to our
decision process."
- "At the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority, we consistently strive to reach new levels
of service and efficiency to support our customers and capitalize on new opportunities
rapidly," said Saeed Nassouri, project manager, Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority.
"Oracle offers us the flexibility to access a single customer view and use that information to
accelerate our service delivery and billing processes. Even more importantly, Oracle provides
a scalable foundation for us to fully automate our metering and billing operations."
- "Southwest's long history of geographic expansion and growth through acquisitions has
resulted in an IT infrastructure composed of multiple outdated and disparate financial, billing
and work-order systems, which made maintaining efficient operations and superior customer
service extremely difficult and costly," said Mark Swatek, chief executive officer and chairman
of the board, Southwest Water Company.
- "Excellent customer service will play an increasing role in our ability to maintain and grow our
competitive advantage in anticipation of Tasmania's increasing contestable retail electricity
market," said Paul Bloomfield, general manager for retail, Aurora Energy. "We selected the
Oracle Utilities solution for its flexibility and scalability in helping us manage and access our
customer and billing information. Ultimately, this will help us continue to deliver the best
possible service to our customers."
