Jeffrey S. Berg has served as a member of the Oracle Board
of Directors since February 1997. He has been a member of
the Committee on Compensation and Management Development
and the Nomination and Governance Committee since October
2001.
Mr. Berg has been an agent in the entertainment industry
for over 35 years, and the Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of International Creative Management, Inc., a talent
agency for the entertainment industry, since 1985. He has
served as Co-Chair of California's Council on Information
Technology and was President of the Executive Board of the
College of Letters and Sciences at the University of California
at Berkeley. He is on the Board of Trustees of the Anderson
School of Management at the University of California at
Los Angeles.
