Joseph A. Grundfest has served as a member of the Oracle
Board of Directors since October 2001. Mr. Grundfest has
been a member of the Finance and Audit Committee since October
2001 and a member and Chairman of the Committee on Compensation
and Management Development since August 2005.
Mr. Grundfest is the William A. Franke Professor of Law
and Business at Stanford Law School, where he has been on
the faculty since January 1990. Prior to coming to Stanford,
Mr. Grundfest was a Commissioner of the SEC from 1985 until
1990.
