Hector Garcia-Molina has served as a member of the Oracle
Board of Directors since October 2001. Mr. Garcia-Molina
has been a member of the Committee on Compensation and Management
Development and the Independent Committee for Review of
Interested Transactions since August 2005.
Mr. Garcia-Molina has been the Leonard Bosack and Sandra
Lerner Professor in the Departments of Computer Science
and Electrical Engineering at Stanford University since
October 1995 and served as Chairman of the Department of
Computer Science from January 2001 to December 2004. He
has been a professor at Stanford University since January
1992. From August 1994 until December 1997, he was the Director
of the Computer Systems Laboratory at Stanford University.
Mr. Garcia-Molina also serves as a Director of Kintera Inc.
