We are committed to working with our suppliers on innovative and proficient methods of obtaining lower costs for the highest quality goods and services. We strive to build strong global and regional supplier partnerships to obtain these goals.
In addition to low cost and other business considerations, Oracle endeavors, on a best efforts basis, to award business to Second Tier Minority and Woman-Owned business concerns. Oracle's goal is to subcontract a minimum of five percent (5%) of its total indirect spend to Minority, Woman-Owned and other small disadvantaged business concerns annually. Oracle exercises commercially reasonable efforts to provide Minority and Woman-Owned business concerns an opportunity to participate in the subcontracts it awards consistent with the efficient performance of Oracle's requirements. Oracle may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, seek assistance from your Supplier Diversity Group and other purchasing councils or certification agencies in identifying Minority and Woman-Owned business concerns. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the responsibility for achieving its Goal shall remain with Oracle. A report of Oracle's total indirect domestic USA spend and the percentage of such spend with Minority and Women-Owned business concerns at the summary level are available upon request. Oracle business practices precludes us from providing detailed information, for example, the named business concerns, amount spent, % of awards, etc. To become an Oracle supplier, complete the New Supplier Registration Form.
