Training Philosophy: My training goal is to make everyone happy! It seems so simple but is actually very hard to achieve. I use two basic methods: asking tons of questions and encouraging students to share their experiences with the class. I believe this is the best way to reinforce the material and to understand what our customers really want to learn.

Training Philosophy: In addition to delivering training I do a lot of work for Expert Services (tuning, upgrade, audit, and so on). So I always try to use these experiences as real-life scenarios in the classroom to enhance the training experience.

Relate to your students as real people and understand the learning experience that you are providing from their point of view. Training Philosophy: I like to believe that we all have Attention Deficit Disorder to some degree. As a result, I find that keeping people listening is often more challenging than conveying the topic itself. So I feel that every class is a new audience and I am a performer. At the end of the week, I am not looking for box office or applause; I instead want to know what I did that made a difference. I feel that is not always reflected in evaluations or surveys but in the faces of those whom you teach. I am happy to be doing a job in which I can take pleasure in knowing that I am making a difference.

Training Philosophy: I always prepare well before starting to teach. I work out three times a week to stay in good condition. I always try to create a team—not just a class of individual students. I keep stress away from the classroom and try to bring in some humor.
