Cancellations

  • 80% Refund: Cancellations must be received by 18:00 (China Standard Time) on May 31, 2013.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellations received after 18:00 May 31 and before June 21, 2013 at 18:00 (China Standard Time).
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 18:00 (China Standard Time) on June 21, 2013.

Cancellations are accepted only via e-mail, not by phone. Cancellations can be e-mailed to OpenWorldChina@gpjevent.com.

Oracle reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason. If Oracle cancels your registration, Oracle will provide a full refund.

The Cancellation and Refund Policies do not apply to packages where payment was never received. Cancellation of travel and/or hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant. Please note that if your visa application is denied and you choose to cancel your registration, the listed Cancellation Policy deadlines will still apply.


Substitute Registrations

Substitute registrations must be requested via e-mail to the Oracle PartnerNetwork Exchange Shanghai 2013 support desk at OpenWorldChina@gpjevent.com. Include the names of both the original and substitute registrant. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 18:00 (China Standard Time) on July 19, 2013. Onsite substitutions will incur a US$16 processing fee.

Visa Invitation Letter

Within the registration process, you will be asked if you require a letter of invitation. Select “Yes” and be prepared to provide your passport and embassy information. Once your registration is completed, visa letters will be processed as soon as the registration is paid in full and all of the required information has been received. Please note that visa letters will not be processed for Discover packages.
