Michel Clement is the Vice President for the Oracle Business in the Central Europe region, which includes Estonia, Czech, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Slovakia.

In this role, he is responsible for setting up and driving the go-to-market strategies that best serve our customers in the region.

Prior to this, Michel Clement was Vice President for the mid market Sales and the Alliances & Channels organization in the European Enlargement and Commonwealth of Independent States region.

Mr. Clement joined Oracle in 1999 and has held since numerous senior positions within the European Middle East and Africa organization. He has an extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Strategic partnership management, which he gained working for a variety of high technology companies including Hewlett Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Mr. Clement holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers in Paris and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh.

Vasilis Dimopoulos is Vice President in the Applications Business Unit for the Eastern & Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (ECEMEA) Region since June 2012. In this role, he is responsible for setting up and driving the applications go-to-market strategies for a number of markets and products across ECEMEA. By doing so he is directly responsible for the development and management of Applications Sales and Sales Consulting organizations.
Vasilis Dimopoulos joined Oracle in January 2005 where he held the position of the Chairman & Managing Director of Oracle Hellas. In addition to that, in 2007 he was appointed as Vice President for the GCMM Cluster of Countries as well as the EE&CIS Communications and Media Industry Business Unit.
Prior to Oracle, he has held various managerial positions in his 17-years IBM career. He holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Computer Science. He speaks four languages. He is married and has three children.
