Through his time at Oracle, John has engaged and worked with over 200+ customers thus he can bring real world experiences to answer key business challenges.

“Luís Ganhao have more of 15 years of experience in IT, Luís worked as a consultant in several companies specially in Comms Industry around the world like Vodafone Portugal, Vodafone Japan, Vodafone Egypt, Vodafone Spain, Etisalat Dubai, Etisalat Saudi Arabia. Luís was Project Manager for some of the Top Siebel implementations across the globe. In 2007 he joined Oracle as PreSales Director for Portugal, in 2009 he led the adoption of Exadata in Portugal (more than 10 customers live in 18 months), later he led the Engineered Systems Team in Iberia and now his responsible for the Business Development Group for Engineered Systems in EMEA. “

Jon Ekoniak

Jon Ekoniak is Vice President of Applications Product Marketing at Oracle. In this role, Mr. Ekoniak is responsible for defining and driving the global market strategy for Oracle's horizontal applications, including Oracle Fusion Applications; Oracle E-Business Suite; and Oracle's customer relationship management, financial management, GRC management, human capital management, project management, and supply chain management applications. Mr. Ekoniak joined Oracle in 2003 and has held senior roles in Oracle's North America Sales organization, including Vice President of Sales for the entire suite of Oracle Applications and Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Strategy, where he managed strategy across all of Oracle's hardware and software product lines.

Mr. Ekoniak has deep analytical knowledge of the applications market. Prior to joining Oracle, he worked as a financial analyst providing coverage of the enterprise software space, and was a frequent guest speaker on CNBC, where he commented on the health of software stocks. Before that, Mr. Ekoniak was a consultant at Andersen Consulting, where he designed and programmed custom enterprise software systems.

Mr. Ekoniak holds a degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
