Gürhan Kalelioğlu was born in Ankara, Turkey in 1965. He is graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department Of Business Administrations in 1988. He is fluent in English and French.

Gürhan Kalelioğlu has 21 years of IT industry experience including his positions at NCR Turkey, NCR Dayton, NCR San Diego, Digital Ankara and Oracle.

Kalelioğlu started to work at Oracle in 1995 as Regional Manager in Ankara, then was appointed as the Country Leader at Oracle Turkey in 2008 and is now the Vice President of Oracle “Turkey, Central Asia, Kenya, Nigeria, West&East Africa” Region.

Alain Ozan is Vice President for the Technology business for the ECEMEA Oracle Region Mr. Ozan manages the ECEMEA technology sales consulting organization responsible for driving uptake of the Oracle technology product portfolio, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Middleware and including Oracle Service-oriented architecture, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Enterprise Content Management and Oracle Coherence, in the region of Albania, Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, FRY Macedonia, Malta, Poland, Russia-CIS, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovak Republic and Turkey.

Mr.Ozan joined Oracle in 1994, and has held various management positions in Oracle Europe, Middle East & Africa in the divisions of Consulting, Presales and Marketing. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Ozan spent 10 years at Digital Equipment Corporation as technical leader in software development groups at the Digital Europe Applications Development Center in Ferney-Voltaire, France and at the Digital Central Engineering Group in Nashua, USA.

Mr. Ozan holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from Paris I University, a Certificate in Industrial Computing from Paris VI University, and a Certificate of Management and Administration from the Harvard Extension School. Mr. Ozan has published several papers on technology including The E-Business Enterprise and The ‘Web-first’ Principle of E-marketing (co-author Alfonso Di Ianni), Interactive Marketing; The Community Manager and The Importance of Community Knowledge in E-Marketing - Journal of the Institution of British Telecommunications Engineers; and Internet Cooperative Models Between Enterprises, The Newsletter of The International Institute of Logistics, EPFL.

Karim Mokhnachi has had over 20 years experience within the IT Industry. He joined Oracle in 2004 and has been responsible the formulation and overall execution of the marketing plan for the entire Oracle Stack including Technology, Middleware and Applications in East & Central Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Karim has worked hand in hand with Sales at multiple levels in order to formulate and deliver strong demand generation activities, with a proven ROI record. He is often approached for public and market opinions by the press and analysts. Part of Karim’s extensive portfolio is managing an international marketing team spread cross-continentally, and ensuring that they deliver against highly measurable KPIs.

In the past Karim has gained experience working for a range of multi-national companies including Microsoft and SAP, prior to founding his own marketing agency.

Karim obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering in INSA- France. He is an ardent soccer fan and plays whenever he can, in addition to running 15 miles a week.

Orla has worked in Oracle for fourteen years. In January 2012, she was appointed to drive Oracle’s Corporate Citizenship commitment across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, Orfhlaith was responsible for engaging over 2 million students in Oracle’s non-profit education initiatives globally, working with ministries of education and other government agencies to support their efforts in human capacity building. She sits on the board of the European eSkills Association and is also a member of the Oracle EMEA Corporate Citizenship Board.

Danie Steyn is the GM for East Africa. Intel’s vision is to connect the next billion people to uncompromised technology around the world. As such, the East Africa office is focused on collaborating with Governments and Telecommunication Companies to enable access to ICT for citizens and Transforming Education through the effective utilization of ICT as a tool.

Danie has been with Intel for 13 years in various management roles.
