Financing and Legal Policies

If a Customer acquires Oracle products and services (whether ordered from Oracle or one of its distribution partners, and whether licensed from Oracle or sublicensed from one of Oracle's authorized distributors), and chooses to obtain financing from a third-party financing company, including an affiliate of a distribution partner ("Funder"), to pay for those products and services, then the Oracle policies regarding financing and leasing as shown in the Third Party Financing Notice ("Notice") shall apply. The Notice replaces the Consent to Third Party Financing previously required and any prior versions. The financing and leasing policies stated on the Notice are subject to change at Oracle's/Oracle Financing's discretion.
