Attending Oracle iSeminars - in three easy steps

Oracle Web Conferencing offers a real time Collaboration environment for online conferences and seminars. Please follow these 3 steps in order to attend the Oracle internet seminars.
  1. If you're a new user, please verify the systems compatibility and download the Web Conferencing-Console.

  2. Attend the Oracle internet seminar.

  3. Dial in to the toll free telephone conference for the audio portion of the seminar.
 
 1. Verifying system compatibility (new users)
 
  • Important: Please test the system compatibility at least one day before the start of the internet seminar and download the web conferencing console. Simply click on the following button:

  • Please be patient. This process might take a few minutes to complete.

 2. Attending an internet seminar
 
  • Click on the button "Join Conference":

    Join

  • Please enter your  Conference-ID in the corresponding field and email-address in the field  "Your Name"  (see example below).  Conference Key oracle. That's it, simply confim by clicking  Join Conference.

 3. Dial in to the telephone conference for the audio portion of the seminar
 
  • In order for the best possible audio we recommend dialling in to the toll free telephone conference. Additionally, this provides the opportunity to ask the presenters questions during the Q&A session.

    Details about the toll free telephone numbers will be provided in the confirmation email.

  • We will start the telephone conference about 10 mins before the actual start of the online Seminar
  • The the toll free numbers will be provided in your confirmation email and on the fist screen after logging in to the internet seminar
