Derek Williams | Executive Vice President, Oracle
Derek Williams is Chairman and Executive Vice President of Oracle Corporation, Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role, he provides overall leadership in areas of strategic interest to Oracle and serves as the company's top ambassador for industry, government, and policy within the region.
Mr. Williams has been at the helm of Oracle's Asia Pacific and Japan operations since it was established in 1991. He has grown the company's total revenues in Asia Pacific and Japan to more than US$2 billion in fiscal year 2006.
Mr. Williams played a pivotal role in building a strong presence throughout Asia by adopting a strategy of partnering closely with local companies and providing software and support for companies of all sizes.
Among his key accomplishments is the development of Oracle's presence in China and India. Under his direction, Oracle opened two development centers in China to build solutions designed specifically to meet the needs of the rapidly growing China market. In recognition of his contribution to the development of the Chinese software industry, Mr. Williams was awarded an Honorary Professorship from Shanghai Textile University in 1995. Oracle today is present in more than 24 cities in China.
Mr. Williams also grew Oracle's business in India into one of the company's top four revenue-generating countries in Asia Pacific, excluding Japan, with operations in more than 15 cities. Oracle hosts two development centers in Bangalore and Hyderabad, which form part of the company's global development team providing software research and development across the entire Oracle product family for Indian and global markets. India also hosts a number of global operations that make it possible for the company to conduct 24x7 consulting, finance and administration, marketing and support operations, in addition to software development.
Mr. Williams is a member of Oracle's Executive Committee and a director for Oracle Japan. Oracle has 67 offices in 29 countries in Asia Pacific, including Japan.

Uday Kumaraswami | Vice President, Consulting and Integration, HP Services, Technology Solutions Group, Asia Pacific & Japan
Uday Kumaraswami is Vice President of HP Services' Consulting and Integration business for Asia Pacific and Japan. He provides strategic leadership to reinforce HP's position as a leading global IT services provider in the region.
Uday was previously Vice President of HP's WW Enterprise Applications Practice (EAP) for HP's Consulting and Integration business, where he worked extensively with HP clients to provide well architected, cost effective industry-focused solutions, technology integration and partner applications. Uday was instrumental in directing HP's strategy for driving growth in the application services area and strengthening partnerships with key ISVs.
Prior to joining HP, Uday was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Americas Services for BEA Systems Inc. In this role, he was responsible for the Consulting, Education Services and Customer Support groups in the Americas.
Before joining BEA, Uday was President and Chief Operating Officer at CyberTech Systems, which provides professional services and software integration to enterprise clients. Uday also spent 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq where he held a series of senior management positions in both sales and services.

Charles Phillips | President, Oracle
Charles Phillips is President of Oracle Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for global field operations including consulting, marketing, sales, alliances and channels, and customer programs, as well as corporate strategy. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Phillips was a Managing Director with Morgan Stanley in its technology group. Prior to his career on Wall Street, Mr. Phillips was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Phillips holds a BS in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA from Hampton University, and a JD from New York Law School and is a member of the bar in Washington D.C. and Georgia. Mr. Phillips is on the boards of Viacom Corporation, Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City, and New York Law School. Mr. Phillips also serves as a director of Viacom Inc.

Chuck Rozwat | Executive Vice President, Oracle
Charles Rozwat is executive vice president of Server Technologies at Oracle, reporting to CEO Larry Ellison. Mr. Rozwat is responsible for product strategy, development, and delivery of Oracle's database products. The products that fall under Mr. Rozwat's direction include Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server and Oracle Collaboration Suite.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Rozwat was vice president of Oracle's New England Development Center with responsibilities for the RDB Data Server and the Enterprise Manager Performance Tools.
Before joining Oracle in 1994, Mr. Rozwat spent 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation where he held several management positions and eventually came to lead Digital's database development and business division with responsibilities for strategy, development, advanced development and research, product management and marketing of Digital's Relational, CODASYL and Object Database Systems, Data Repository, and Development Tools.
Mr. Rozwat holds a bachelor's degree in finance and information systems from Marquette University.

Before the current position in 2000 when Digital China spun off from Legend Group, Mr. Guo Wei was once an Executive Director and Senior Vice President of Legend Group.

Hasan Rizvi | Vice President-Development, Oracle
As vice president of Identity Management and Security Products at Oracle, Hasan Rizvi is responsible for the company's Identity Management and Security product development, product management and architecture. His area of responsibility includes Access and Identity Management, User Provisioning, Web services security, LDAP Directory and Audit and Compliance products. Previously Mr. Rizvi was vice president of Oracle Enterprise Manager responsible for the company's Data Center Automation products.
Prior to returning to Oracle in 2001, Mr. Rizvi was vice president of Engineering for Corio, Inc. where he led the development of key technologies to enable efficient delivery of software as a service. Prior to that, Mr. Rizvi served as director of OLTP technologies for Oracle, where he was instrumental in development of transaction processing, messaging and queuing and high-end scalability technologies for Oracle Database products.
Mr. Rizvi has a M.S. in computer science from Rutgers University and an M.S. in engineering management from Stanford University. He also holds eight patents in the database management area.

Jesper Andersen | Senior Vice President, Applications Strategy, Oracle
Jesper Andersen is senior vice president of application strategy at Oracle where he is responsible for the overall product strategy and direction for Oracle's business applications. He brings more than 15 years of development and technical experience to his role with the company.
Prior to Oracle, Mr. Andersen was general manager and group vice president at PeopleSoft, responsible for product strategy, development, quality and customer support activities related to PeopleSoft's core technology platforms. He has also served as executive vice president of products for Pivotal Corp. where oversaw product definition, development, marketing, quality assurance and technology vision. Before joining Pivotal, Mr. Andersen held numerous roles in Oracle's development organization where he built and launched Oracle's first on demand Applications.
Mr. Andersen holds a master's degree in computer science from Aalborg University in Denmark.
