Oracle Asia Pacific is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation. The company launched its operations for Asia Pacific in 1991, with its headquarters in Singapore. The Singapore office oversees the company's operations in 29 countries, including Australia, Greater China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.

Oracle has more 200,000 customers across the world, with approximately 20,000 in Asia Pacific. About 40% of Oracle Asia Pacific customers are small-and-medium-sized-businesses. More than 75% of Oracle Asia Pacific's business is conducted through more than 1,500 partners in the region. In its fiscal year ended May 2003, the Asia Pacific region contributed some 14 percent to Oracle's total revenues, and accounted for about 21 percent of new license revenues in the quarter ending November 2003.
