Bhaskar Gorti is senior vice president and general manager of Oracle's Communications Global Business Unit, responsible for managing strategic planning, product development, sales, service and support for Oracle's Communications products.
Formerly CEO of Portal Software, Inc., Mr. Gorti led the company's global sales, services and support efforts, including the enhancement and expansion of Portal's relationships with global customers for more than four years. Previously, Mr. Gorti was SVP of marketing and alliances at Portal Software, where he successfully relaunched the company and established a number of strategic development and delivery partnerships.
Prior to that, Mr. Gorti served as vice president, global sales and alliances at OnDemand, acquired by Chordiant Software, where he successfully negotiated sales and alliance agreements with industry-leading companies. He has also held prominent positions at Hewlett Packard where he was director, worldwide business development, telecom and ISPs; and general manager, e-services (SMB) business unit. He has also worked for Aluminum Company of America, Sun Microsystems, and ARPANET Office of Naval Research.
Mr. Gorti holds a Master of Science degree from Virginia Tech.

Charles Rozwat is Executive Vice President of Oracle Product Development, reporting to CEO Larry Ellison. Mr. Rozwat is responsible for product strategy, development, and delivery of Oracle’s software product portfolio. Prior to his current position, Mr. Rozwat was Executive Vice President of Oracle’s server technologies group, which is responsible for database, middleware, and systems management products.
Before joining Oracle in 1994, Mr. Rozwat spent 17 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he held management positions in the database division. His responsibilities included managing corporate strategy, development, advanced development and research, product management, and the marketing of Digital Equipment Corporation’s relational, CODASYL and object database systems, data repository, and development tools.
Mr. Rozwat has a BA from Marquette University.

Anthony Lye is the senior vice president of CRM, responsible for the Oracle CRM and Siebel CRM On Demand businesses worldwide at Oracle. Previously Mr. Lye was the group vice president of CRM Products at Oracle, responsible for Oracle's CRM product strategy and product management for CRM in the applications development organization.
Prior to joining Oracle in 2006, Mr. Lye was the group vice president and GM of CRM products at Siebel Systems. Anthony was responsible for Siebel's vertical and horizontal CRM application technologies. Mr. Lye managed and directed all of Siebel's enterprise application strategy, product marketing and product management.
Prior to Siebel, Mr. Lye spent six years as president and CEO of ePeople, a company he ran with help and investment from David Stamm, founder of Clarify and Steve Goldsworthy, founder of Vantive. Prior to ePeople, Mr. Lye was the vice president of marketing at Categoric Software in the enterprise event management business, was senior director and general manager at Remedy Corporation for five years for global major accounts, strategic alliances and Remedy's international business operations. Mr. Lye also worked in product marketing at Tivoli Systems and was a management consultant focused on distributed systems at Arthur Anderson, now Accenture, in the financial services vertical in London and New York.
Mr. Lye holds an honors degree in Engineering from the University of Bath in England.

Raymundo Peixoto atua como Diretor Geral da Dell para o Brasil. Nesta posição, Raymundo é responsável pelo gerenciamento da unidade da empresa no País, atuando nos segmentos de educação, saúde, corporativo, médios e pequenos negócios, assim como de consumo final. Anteriormente a esta função, Raymundo foi diretor de vendas relationship para Mercosul e coordenou o relacionamento da Dell com grandes clientes do mercado corporativo no Brasil, Argentina e Chile
Antes de juntar-se à Dell, em maio de 2003, Raymundo ocupou diversas posições gerenciais na área de vendas em diversas empresas. Durante seus 9 anos de atuação na IBM, ele trabalhou no eixo Rio/São Paulo, sendo responsável pela venda de software, hardware e serviços para clientes do segmento de bens de consumo. Na Oracle, ao longo de seus 7 anos de trabalho, assumiu diversas posições na área de vendas. Iniciando como gerente regional, implantou a operação da empresa no Nordeste brasileiro. Atuou também como gerente regional de vendas para Sudeste, Norte e Nordeste do Brasil, sendo promovido para diretor de vendas da região. Após assumir a diretoria de São Paulo, tornou-se diretor de vendas SMB para o Mercosul. Ele finalizou sua atuação na Oracle como vice-presidente de vendas para o Brasil, respondendo por todas as filiais da empresa no País.
Raymundo é graduado em engenharia mecânica aeronáutica pelo ITA – Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica no Brasil.

Com 20 anos de experiência profissional, sendo 14 deles em consultoria, liderou e participou de vários projetos de desenho e implantação de processos, mudanças organizacionais e tecnologia nos setores de bens de consumo, automotivo, agroindustrial, farmacêutico, metalúrgico, metal-mecânico, químico, imobiliário e em organizações voltadas à representação empresarial.
