Kulbhushan Chand Director - Partner Solution Center & Applications Partner Development Oracle India Private Limited

Kulbhushan is Director Partner Solution Center and Applications Partner Development. In this role he is responsible for two key initiatives within Oracle, to lead the Partner Solution Center and the Applications Partner Development team in India.

He joined Oracle in July 2007 to set up and lead the Oracle Partner Solution Center in India. The Oracle Partner Solution Center (PSC) is an Oracle Competency established to assist partners in successful adoption of Oracle Applications and Technology products across Asia Pacific. PSC offers technical assistance, training, lead generation opportunities and access to state of the art infrastructure.

In December 2007, he was given the additional responsibility of leading the Applications Partner Development team in India.

Prior to joining Oracle, Kulbhushan was Industry Solutions Leader for Government Sector in Global Business Solutions Center of IBM and has held various positions within IBM and other companies like Commerce One India D.O, PSDI India (renamed Maximo -acquired by IBM), IIM Kolkatta and University of Lucknow.

Kulbhushan holds a masters degree in Physics and Electronics from IIT, Delhi followed by M.Tech in Computer Science and M.B.A. from University of Lucknow. He is a certified Project Management Professional from PMI, ebusiness On Demand specialist, CMMI, Systems Engineering and Architecture and Six Sigma from IBM.
