Paddy Srinivasan is Director for Oracle Asia Reseach & Development at Oracle. His group is reposible for developing innovative solutions for address specific customer requests in India

Prior to this role, Paddy was with Microsoft Corp in Seattle in various engineering capacities. He was most recently a Director in the Microsoft Office development division where he was responsible for development of a joint product between SAP and Microsoft.

He holds an MBA from the Southern Methodist University, Dallas Tx and a B.E ( Hons) in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani, India
