For
Customers with Support:
Your Customer Support Identifier (CSI) number for Oracle products helps you
access our global support infrastructure for problem resolutions.
You may access Oracle Global
Support centers directly through the toll free number as per the process given
below.
a) Dial 000-117 from
an ISD phone (Only local call charged)
b) On the prompt,
dial 8007111005. You will then reach the Oracle Global Support center. or
c) Dail 1600 448 448 from
BSNL Line.
From there on, please follow
the voice mail menu.
- Telephone assistance
available on a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week basis (24x7). Oracle's problem
resolution procedures leverage our global support infrastructure to ensure
calls are managed in accordance with their severity level.
- Global toll-free telephone
routing, for a seamless connection to your Local Support Center (LSC) or to
the Global Support Center (GSC) that is on-line
- Product upgrades and
software patches to protect your long term investment in Oracle licenses and
technology.
- Electronic services,
which offer a quick and easy way to log and manage Technical Assistance Requests
(TARs), locate work-arounds, download patches, and review technical and product.
- Access to Oracle Metalink
Website, which is a global 24x7 web interface to obtain information and solutions
quickly and conveniently. You can interact with the technical support repositories
used by OSS, including troubleshooting systems, problem-tracking systems,
technical libraries and more. You can also log Technical Assistance Requests
(TARs) online and check their status: a new feature that greatly increases
the convenience and value that MetaLink offers. The new features in MetaLink
2.0 provide 'total self-service' by empowering customers to prevent, analyze
and solve problems with the same information sources used inside Oracle.
