Arrange a Joint Event

What:

If you wish to hold a customer seminar or event which is of joint benefit to you and Oracle, Oracle can assist by providing the venue and catering for the event.
You can choose from Boardroom style layout from 12 – 26 people, or theatre style for up to 66 people, depending on the location of your event (see below for more details on locations).
Oracle will register your guests on arrival (a list of attendees needs to be supplied in advance) and provide name badges. Catering will also be provided based on agreements made in advance.

Oracle has Customer Visit Centre facilities where customer events can be held at Thames Valley Park in Reading, the Oracle City of London office, Blythe Valley Park in Birmingham, and Edinburgh. Precise location details can be found here

The first step is to make contact with your Partner Manager to discuss the feasibility of running a joint event.
Once agreed, the event will be progressed with the ISV Programmes Manager to ensure the relevant room is booked on a suitable date, and to discuss the various marketing elements of the event to ensure its success.
The ISV Partner will be responsible for all aspects other than the venue and catering, eg: demand generation, taking registrations, etc.
Oracle has a number of agencies who can provide a professional service directly to ISV Partners, namely:
- HTML Invitation: The creation of an html invitation in the Oracle style by Clark Design to eblast to contacts. (Creation of eblast plus one eblast = £250; creation of eblast plus 2 eblasts = £375; creation of eblast plus 3 eblasts = £500.)
- Hard copy Invitation: The creation of a hard copy invitation through Prompt Communications. (Quotes supplied on an individual basis, but approximately £125-£250 to create an invitation with copy supplied. Copy writing service can also be quoted for.)
- Mailing Services: Mailing House services for sending hard copy invitations through Herald Chase. (Quotes supplied on an individual basis.)
- Telemarketing Services: Telemarketing via Slipstream, to promote the event to your target list .
