Create a Joint Value Proposition
What:
- A Joint Value Proposition is a 4-page, full-colour, co-branded collateral piece, which is professionally written, designed and printed.
- The purpose of these documents is to clearly and concisely present information to your potential customers, and any other interested parties, on how our two companies work in partnership, and how your solution fits with Oracle technology to benefit end users.
- These documents can be 50/50 co-funded using Oracle CSDF or MDF funding To apply for funding, please discuss with your partner manager and complete this funding request document
- The cost of getting a Joint Value Proposition created – ie written, designed and 1000 copies printed and delivered – is £1211 for each company, if funded on a 50/50 basis.

How:
- If you would like to get a Joint Value Proposition created, the first step is to speak to your partner manager to get agreement, and then complete the funding request document here
- Once funding has been agreed, you will need to supply a Purchase Order number for £1211 for the agency – Prompt Communications - to invoice against.
- You will then need to supply full contact details for the person within your organisation who will be interviewed (by telephone) by Prompt Communications – the agency who write and design the JVPs.
- It is useful for you to supply any background material on your company and solution in advance, so the agency is prepared prior to the telephone interview. Also, details of any joint customers who can be “case studied” within the document is highly beneficial.
- You will need to supply a high-resolution version of your logo to the agency, as well as any relevant diagrams to be included within the piece.
- Once the interviews have taken place, you will receive a copy of the first draft to give any feedback or amends. Once all parties have agreed the final draft, the copy will go to the design department to create the layout and there will be a choice of images for the front cover. Once the layout and design has been approved, the piece will be printed and delivered to you. Unless otherwise agreed, 980 copies will be sent to the partner and 20 copies to Oracle.
