Our ERP and CRM applications are also widely used in Government's back-office and front-office operations. Oracle's ever-broadening range of products means that we have the capability to support most aspects of service transformation - from customer service centres through web content management to cross-Government identity management. Oracle has already helped deliver the savings required by the Efficiency Programme and we are in the forefront of the move to shared services.

Over 40 of our public sector customers are also happy to act as references for other organisations that are considering buying Oracle products. Oracle has a Memorandum of Understanding with OGC that enables all public sector organisations to acquire Oracle products on advantageous terms.
