The Oracle Communications Service Delivery product family delivers the combined, industry-leading telecom network application and platform product strengths of the BEA WebLogic Communications Platform (BEA WLCP) and Oracle Service Delivery Platform (Oracle SDP) products.
Oracle Communications Service Delivery products consist of two product categories: Service Platforms, and Service Enablers and Applications.
The Service Platform products consist of service creation, execution, exposure, and management products, including the industry-leading converged Java EE-SIP-IMS application server, Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (formerly BEA WebLogic SIP Server), and the industry's most widely deployed Telecom Web Services and SDP policy control platform, Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper (formerly BEA WebLogic Network Gatekeeper).
The Service Enablers and Application products consist of value-added service-enabling presence, group list, IP Centrex, and telephony applications, including Oracle Communications Presence (includes Oracle Presence Server, Oracle XDM Server, and Oracle Communicator PC Softphone Client); Oracle Communications Virtual PBX (formerly Oracle Virtual PBX); and Oracle Communications Residential Telephony (formerly Oracle Residential VoIP).
