Oracle Health Insurance provides three applications:
- Oracle Health Insurance BackOffice
Supports the administrative processing of member data and claims and the product and healthcare procurement data required for this purpose-including the brands being sold and the available distribution channels.
- Oracle Health Insurance Business Intelligence
Supports the creation of reports legally required by inspection bodies and enables data from the policy and claims process to be analyzed for healthcare procurement, premium calculation, and further process optimization.
- Oracle Health Insurance SelfService
Enables customers and clients of insurance companies-members, healthcare providers, employees and intermediaries-to use the internet to query data, receive output, and implement changes. Consumers can also calculate their premiums, request quotes, and take out policies via the internet.
These applications work together in an integrated manner with standard solutions for customer relationship management, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
