1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Oracle America, Inc. ("Oracle" or "Sponsor"), 500 Oracle Parkway, Redwood Shores, California 94065.

2. How to Enter
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There is one (1) way to enter the Sweepstakes: Eligible participants must fully complete the survey located at Schedule Builder. Once you submit the Conference Survey, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received by facsimile or US mail will be disqualified. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.

3. Eligibility
Subject to the additional restrictions set forth below, this Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the United States of America (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period, and who were registered attendees, speakers, or employees of co-sponsors of the 2012 Java Embedded Conference ("Conference"). Limit one (1) entry per person. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win the prize(s) offered in this Sweepstakes: (a) employees of Oracle and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors; (b) persons who are or were engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, prizes or drawing of winners for this Sweepstakes; (c) persons who are immediate family of (defined as spouse, parent, sibling or child, regardless of where they reside) or anyone who resides in the same household as, any person in either of the preceding categories (d) employees and officials of any government entity, and (e) citizens or residents of any country currently subject to U.S. embargo.

4. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 1PM Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on October 3, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT on October 26, 2012 ( the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received prior to or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

5. Selection of Winner
Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing for each prize that will be conducted on or about 1 week after the Sweepstakes Period ends by Oracle employees whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received. Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize. Each potential winner will be notified by phone or email following the drawing and will be required to execute an Affirmation of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned to and received by Oracle in order for the potential winner to be declared the winner and receive the prize. Failure to do so will void potential winner's eligibility and an alternate potential winner will be selected by a random drawing. Where prize(s) includes high-risk travel or activities, potential winner(s) may be required to execute additional documents and releases as a prerequisite to the fulfillment of the prize. If Oracle is unable to locate a given potential winner, an alternate potential winner will be selected by a random drawing. In the event a potential winner or potential winner's employer has a policy, which prohibits the awarding of prize to an employee, prize will not be awarded and shall be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected by a random drawing. If, for any reason, multiple prize claims are received, a single prize will be awarded through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received for the prize.
