The JavaOne show management team is committed to providing you with the information and tools you need to achieve a successful and rewarding event. The JavaOne Exhibitor Services Center is designed to help in all aspects of your participation at this year’s JavaOne.
The JavaOne 2012 Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is your one-stop portal for managing all aspects of your participation at JavaOne.
The Exhibitor Resource Center is where you’ll manage your deliverables, including your event profile, hotel room block requests, and logo uploads (if applicable); update your company contacts; access your Full Conference Pass priority code; manage your exhibition logistics, using the Exhibitor Services Kit; and much, much more.

Please review the Registration and Housing information in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) for details regarding exhibitor and sponsor registration. You’ll find information about the JavaOne Pass Priority Code, exhibitor staff registration instructions, JavaOne Discover passes, deadlines, and cancellation policies. Information is available regarding the process for booking hotel room blocks, deadlines and cancellation policies, and important contacts.

The online Exhibitor Room Block Request form is available from the ERC’s Registration and Housing tab. The submission deadline is July 20, 2012.
