A Closer Look at Oracle Java Micro Edition Software Development Kit Release 3.0.5

May 3, 5:30 pm -6:15 pm

Oracle Java Micro Edition Software Development Kit Release 3.0.5, an evolution release, handles the growing complexity of Java ME applications. Read more

This comprehensive toolkit can reduce the cost and time spent on functional testing and increase developer productivity. The toolkit runs on the same VM that Oracle makes available to manufacturers and can be customized for/by OEMs and operators to cater to their developer communities. This results in emulation with much higher fidelity. Fidelity is further enhanced by support of new JSRs, one-click network monitoring, and tooling (debugging, profiling, and more). Commercial plug-ins for the toolkit introduce support for extensions of Oracle Java Wireless Client Release 3.0's Oracle Mobile Developer API feature, Java + Web, and Java + SIM runtimes.
