Oracle Reaches Out to Stellent Customers with National Tour
This month, Oracle executives and other content management experts are launching a multi-city U.S. tour to reveal the latest developments in Oracle content management solutions to the Stellent customer base.
"Inspired by Stellent's Crescendo conference, the tour demonstrates Oracle's commitment to former Stellent customers," says Frank Radichel, vice president, Oracle Content Management Development. "It's also a chance to share with our customers the synergies generated by the merger with Oracle."
The daylong events offer an exploration of Oracle's product roadmap, demos of the latest features and functionalities, and expert tips to maximize the value of content management investments. The tour began in Minneapolis and travels to New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
"It's also a terrific opportunity for former Stellent customers to network with each other as well as with the Oracle team," Radichel adds. “Regional representatives of the IOUG (Independent Oracle Users Group), Oracle professional services, product management, development, and account management will all be on hand to answer questions.”
The day begins with an executive keynote, including updates on the progress of the Stellent acquisition, followed by product demonstrations of six new or significantly revamped products.
In the afternoon, breakout sessions give participants valuable, real-world tips on topics ranging from storage configurations to BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) and workflow.
The day concludes with a deeper look at the Oracle content management product map, plus a chance to conduct user group business.
