Eight New CRM On Demand Products Increase Flexibility, Speed, Time-to-Value
Featuring eight new products, CRM On Demand Release 16 offers wide-reaching innovations—from advanced customization capabilities and deep industry functionality to greater ease of use—to speed deployment, maximize user adoption, minimize total cost of ownership, and accelerate time-to-value.

The eight new Oracle CRM On Demand products include:

  • Oracle CRM On Demand Release 16. Offers deeper core CRM capabilities, increased industry-specific functionality, enhanced customization and extensibility, and new ease-of-use features and language support.
  • Oracle CRM On Demand for Partner Relationship Management. Empowers brand owners to work effectively with partners throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Oracle CRM On Demand Deal Management. Enables sales representatives to better position opportunity pricing and enables more accurate sales forecasting.
  • Oracle CRM On Demand Integration Pack for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Creates a seamless front- and back-office user experience by connecting Oracle CRM On Demand with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne at the data, user interface, and business process levels.
  • Oracle Self-Service E-Billing On Demand. Delivers a proven on-premise e-billing product as a secure, reliable software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
  • Oracle Sales Library. Lets salespeople create a collection of shared content that they can rate, tag, comment on, and leverage to build the best presentations for advancing sales opportunities.
  • Oracle CRM On Demand Single Tenant Standard Edition. Provides each customer with a dedicated Oracle CRM On Demand database, application server, and analytics server while still offering companies the benefits of Oracle’s shared infrastructure for add-on modules such as Email Marketing On Demand and Oracle Call Center On Demand.
  • Oracle CRM On Demand Enterprise Disaster Recovery. Offers robust infrastructure, real-time data sync, and disaster simulations that ensure business continuity and prevent data loss in the event of a disaster.
