New Oracle CRM On Demand Integration Synchronizes On Demand, On Premise Solutions

Launched August 2008, the new Oracle CRM On Demand Integration to Siebel CRM synchronizes Oracle CRM On Demand with Siebel CRM to create a single view for conducting, managing, and analyzing end-to-end customer interactions.

Leveraging Oracle's Application Integration Architecture and Oracle Fusion Middleware, the prebuilt solution combines the ease of use and rapid deployment of Oracle CRM On Demand with the industry's most complete CRM solution.

"Organizations often have dedicated sales teams focused on different products or located in different regions, and therefore deploy separate instances of Siebel CRM On Demand to increase business agility," explains Steve Diamond, senior director of product marketing, Oracle. "This latest offering provides a holistic customer view and avoids potential data silos by synchronizing comprehensive account, contact, opportunity, and product data."

The Oracle CRM On Demand Integration Pack to Siebel CRM makes this happen by providing a prebuilt connector that requires minimal IT resources, allowing for rapid deployment at a lower total cost of ownership than custom-built integrations.

As a result, different sales teams using Oracle CRM On Demand leverage the same information as customer-facing representatives using Siebel CRM. And managers gain access to more comprehensive insight to build a holistic and highly accurate sales forecast that encompasses all business divisions and sales channels.
