Telephony@Work's CallCenterAnywhere Wins Best of Show at ICCM Conference and Expo

Oracle's Telephony@work, the market leader in adaptive, multichannel IP contact center technology for enterprises and service providers, recently won the Best of Show award at Questex Media Group's sixth annual ICCM Conference and Expo for its CallCenterAnywhere (Release 8.1), which lets organizations share technology across locations to unify sites and support home-based workers.

The ICCM's Best of Show awards recognize products that have the most significant impact on the contact center and customer relationship industry. Entries were judged on ease of integration, implementation, system quality, customer service features, and return on investment. "We're pleased with our continued success," says Senior Oracle Product Manager Ashley Niedenthal, who added that Telephony@work has won a Best of Show award for the last four years.

A unique differentiator of CallCenterAnywhere is its ability to support distributed centers and multiple internal enterprise contact center groups on a multitenant basis. This allows enterprises to preserve local autonomy with an internal service provider, or use an on-demand model.

Telephony@work helps businesses deliver world-class service over the phone, fax, and internet, and empowers companies to implement real-time change in response to changing business needs.
