Oracle On Demand Customers Go Live Faster on Applications Unlimited Releases

With the January launch of Oracle's Applications Unlimited initiative, Oracle On Demand customers can gain immediate access to major new releases of Oracle's five main product lines—and be among the very first users of the enhanced applications.

Applications Unlimited represents Oracle's ongoing commitment to enhancing and upgrading its JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and JD Edwards World, Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft Enterprise, and Siebel CRM applications. And by making the new Applications Unlimited releases available through Oracle On Demand, Oracle has enabled customers to start getting the benefits of the enhanced products right away.

"Hanover Compressor Company is honored and excited to be selected as one of the companies for the early implementer program," says Stephen York, vice president and CIO of Hanover Compressor Company, an Oracle On Demand customer and early implementer of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.

"This program will not only further our efforts to be 'More Than a Compressor CompanyTM'—it will result in a successful Oracle E-Business Suite 12 implementation that will benefit both our company today and the general public tomorrow," York says.

Whether Oracle On Demand customers opt for managed or subscription services, they can accelerate their return on investment by implementing upgrades and enhancements quickly and easily. Why? Because the technical work happens behind the scenes, with minimal input from customers.

Besides accelerated upgrades, Oracle On Demand offers all the advantages of Oracle's powerful technology stack—including state-of-the-art hardware, Oracle Database, and Oracle Fusion Middleware—without significant capital outlay for infrastructure. At the same time, customers dramatically simplify IT management and turn IT costs into a predictable expense.
