SUPPORT DIAGNOSTICS
Period close can be a very tense time for most organizations. For this reason, "period-close" diagnostics may be the answer to help alleviate some of the stress and time delays. A complete list of available period-close tests can be found in OracleMetaLink Note 402237.1.

In addition to the individual tests, the eBusiness Diagnostics Pack also contains two period-close test sets, one for Financials and one for Distribution, that can be executed with a single submission using the "Test Sets" feature. Either or both can be executed as part of the close process. The seeded test sets can also be used as a starting point to create user-defined test sets tailored to a specific installation (see OracleMetaLink Note 232116.1 for a how-to demo available for test sets).

TOIs are free to all customers with support contracts. They are available post-GA per revenue recognition guidelines.
