DIAGNOSTICS PATCH ISSUE
Have you applied a diagnostics patch and are now getting sporadic messages such as "Test group is secured and requires input configuration privileges"? Before getting too frustrated or giving up before you even start, try the following:
- Stop Apache
- Clear Apache cache
- Restart Apache
If this problem persists, please log a service request to "Support Diagnostics" product with complete details. Refer to the
FAQ on MetaLink for answers to additional questions and concerns on Oracle Diagnostics.
MAINTENANCE WIZARD (MW)
Are you trying to install the Maintenance Wizard and having problems logging in?
Are you unable to even get to the login screen? If so, here is some great news: We've simplified the data gathering process for these issues. We now include a script that you can run and upload the output with your SR that will help support and development diagnose the issue quickly. Simply run the script $EOF_HOME/scripts/COMMON/cant_login.sh and provide values to the parameters when prompted. It will produce a .zip file with all the files necessary to diagnose the problem. Upload this .zip file with your SR, and reduce the time to resolution.
