We all would like to enjoy the time spent in the office. When we begin working we realize what a great impact the office environment has on our daily activities. This particular aspect is highly valued at Oracle, so check out some of our locations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, described below.
The Reading office, which is Oracle’s UK headquarters, is based in Thames Valley Park, a bustling hive of activity that houses many companies, including a gym and a nursery. Overlooking the Thames and some of England’s beautiful countryside, this office is in a fantastic location just a free, short bus ride from Reading Town Centre.
Oracle’s offices are housed in five buildings, each with its own car park, restaurant, and unique design.
Romania has now expanded its operations to 4 locations: one of them is in Iasi, while business in Bucharest is being coordinated out of 3 offices. In Sky Tower, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Bucharest from the top floors of the tallest office building in Bucharest. Floreasca Park boasts the “Best Office Building” title for Eastern Europe, while Oregon Park, our newest location, follows in its green, eco-friendly footsteps.
All of our locations are easily accessible by public transportation, and offer lots of options for after-work entertainment such as parks, cafes, restaurants or shopping malls.
South Africa is one of the most beautiful countries in the world, and the Oracle office in Johannesburg is a true reflection of that. We may not be as fortunate as our Cape Town colleagues, who can see Table Mountain (one of the New7Wonders of Nature) from outside their windows, but that does not take away from the charm we experience in Johannesburg.
The Oracle Málaga office is in the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía, a new and beautiful complex with everything ranging from nice places to eat, to palm trees and even a lake. Every week employees enjoy a catered lunch and the chance to get to know each other. Some workers attend a weekly language exchange with people from everywhere at a pub in the center of Málaga.
The Oracle offices in Nairobi are located on the second floor of Mebank Towers. The building is on the outskirts of the central business district, hence free from the hustle and bustle of the town. The office features on open floor plan that fosters interaction among colleagues, plus conference rooms for meetings and presentations.
In 2003, the business division Oracle Direct in Potsdam moved into a reconstructed historic building on Shipbuilder’s Lane. This area has attracted contemporary cultural offerings and innovative businesses. The number of Oracle employees in Potsdam has almost tripled, reflecting Oracle’s strong business growth in the area.
Our teams occupy seven floors and enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Tiefer and can see Babelsberg Castle from their desks
