Kathi is the Director of College Relations, she joined Oracle in 2005 to start the Campus recruiting program. She brings almost 20 years of college recruiting, career development and recruitment programs. Kathi’s career began at Price Waterhouse (now PwC) as the National Director of MBA recruiting; hiring MBA’s into the Consulting practice. Additionally she worked in the same capacity at Grant Thornton and IBM (Consulting) as they re-branded their campus program. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. She currently resides just outside of Chicago with her family. Fun fact: Kathi is an avid sports fan and loves Chicago sports teams and college football and basketball.

I am constantly amazed by the smart people, the innovation and the really cool things I get to do here. When I am not on campus helping our recruiters, I am in my garden, on a trail, or at the beach. Fun fact: I love canoe camping.
I'm based in our Houston office and cover mostly Mid-America hiring initiatives. Oracle has many qualities that make it a great place to work. Above all, I really enjoy the camaraderie as well as the company's agility and ability to innovate, to stay in tune with the times. When I'm not working or on the road, I'm running a nonprofit organization. Fun fact: I am a graduate of Rice University, where I was also a football letterman.
I have been with Oracle since 2013. I'm based in Chicago, where I recruit top talent for North America from various schools in the US. The best thing about Oracle is the chance to work with such an amazing recruiting team. On the weekends, you can find me exploring Chicago's art and music scene or cheering on my favorite sports teams. Fun fact: I'm a huge hockey fan.
I'm located in the heart of downtown Chicago and cover University of Michigan for Class Of Sales as well as other hiring initiatives with Oracle. When I'm not traveling from campus to campus, you can find me in a yoga studio or spending time with my friends and family. Fun fact: I lived in Rwanda and traveled to Uganda and Ethiopia for humanitarian work.
Currently I recruit for UCLA and USC. Bringing fresh new minds to Oracle is what I’m all about. Starting in sales at Oracle, more then seven years ago and growing my career organically, I know the ins and outs of being successful in the sales organization, I’m happy to share what I know. I love the small groups we work in, the smart people we work with, and the impact my contribution makes everyday. Living in Utah, I spend a lot of time outdoors on my snowboard or photographing the gorgeous landscape here. Fun fact: I love practicing yoga and finding new yoga poses that push me to my limits.
I have been a part of the campus recruiting team since 2012. I’m based near Boston, where you can find me at Boston College, and at University of Massachusetts, recruiting the brightest and best talent for our teams. What I love about Oracle is the entrepreneurial and altruistic culture. We are innovative, imaginative, and give back to our communities. We challenge you to be creative and grow. Fun fact: I graduated with a music engineering degree and started my career at a video/music production studio in New York City.
I joined Oracle in 2007 and I’m based in Chicago. The most exciting part of working for Oracle is the innovation and anticipation of what Oracle will do next. In between traveling to colleges and universities for Oracle, I travel some more to support my family’s obsession with ice hockey. Fun fact: I love antiquing and going to flea markets to hunt for treasures.
I began my career with Oracle one week after graduating from the University of New Hampshire. I started as a business development consultant in Oracle’s Burlington, MA offices. After two years of learning and growing in a sales position, I started the next part of my career with the campus recruiting team. I moved across the country to San Francisco and recruit in the Golden State, focusing on UC Santa Barbara and UC Berkeley. I couldn’t imagine where I would be if I didn't choose Oracle. With amazing management, innovative teammates, and endless opportunity for growth, Oracle is truly the best place to be. In my free time you can find me exploring the Bay area, spending time outdoors, sifting through vinyl at record stores, or trying out a new restaurant. Fun fact: I’m a music junkie-I’ve been to more than 100 concerts the past few years, and have an ever-growing vinyl collection that I use for wall art.
I joined Oracle in the spring of 2007, and was instantly impressed with the talent, energy, and leadership within the company. Years later, I am even more impressed and excited to be a part of Oracle in the vast, changing tech industry. Oracle has offered countless opportunities for me to “lean in,” utilize my creative mindset, and grow as a professional. As I’ve progressed in my career, I find it incredibly gratifying to be on campus presenting Oracle career opportunities to future leaders. As a recruiter, the greatest reward is to hear the success stories from candidates who are now fellow employees. In my spare time I enjoy the company of family and friends, reading, playing basketball, working on DIY projects, and shopping for the best deals. Fun fact: I’ve been best friends with my best friend since I was six months old.
I've been with the Oracle college recruiting team for two years and I'm based out of the great state of Ohio. You will often find me in Indiana University or University of Virginia recruiting top talent for our organization. What I love about Oracle is the outstanding group of people I work with on a daily basis. I am surrounded by an ambitious and talented community of employees that creates a culture of growth and success. Fun fact: I was an offensive lineman on the Holy Cross football team and post-graduation lost more than 100 pounds.
I have been with Oracle since 2013 and was originally recruited out of the University of Alabama to work in sales. I transitioned into college recruiting in February 2015 and the school I recruit for is Duke and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My favorite part about Oracle has to be the people—I moved to Boston from the South and didn’t know a soul! With the Class Of Program, I was able to make lifelong friends with some amazing people from all over the country. I love being surrounded by people the same age as me that are here to work as hard as I am, and it is so rewarding to share this same experience with the students I recruit. I am very passionate about my family, friends, food, and Alabama football. Fun fact: I love cooking, Pure Barre, and trying out new restaurants.
I’ve been with Oracle since March 2015, after joining via the Datalogix acquisition. I’m based in sunny Colorado and have been involved in student career development and/or recruiting for the past eight years. I love working with the bright minds that come out of the colleges we recruit from, and finding the right fit for those students at Oracle. Fun fact: In my spare time I’m a Lifestyle Blogger with a focus on all things DIY!
I joined Oracle in February of 2015 and am focused on finding sales Talent for our Inside Sales organization. I am passionate about getting to know my candidates well and helping them find their way to a great progressive career in Oracle Sales. I enjoy people so, having the opportunity to get to know them on a personal level, while helping them achieve their career goals, is really rewarding for me. I am based in the ‘The Windy City” of Chicago, hence my passion for everything Bulls and Blackhawks. I graduated from Ohio State University, (Go Buckeyes!) with a Psychology degree. Fun fact: When not on campus, in the office or out for a run, I love to bird-watch!
I joined Oracle in April 2015 and am based in the Houston, TX area. I currently recruit at SMU and Baylor and help support our recruiting efforts at Texas A&M and University of Texas. My passion for recruiting began when I started giving campus tours as a freshman in college. I am extremely proud to represent the Oracle brand on campus and educate students on the great things Oracle has to offer as an employer. Fun fact: I grew up in Clear Lake, a suburb south of Houston, and I had NASA in my backyard for most of my life. I visited and hung out in Mission Control on a frequent basis as this was my dad’s office.
I recently joined the recruiting team after several years working in college career services. I love speaking to the students I meet at the campus’s I visit and helping them launch their careers with Oracle. I primarily visit schools in the greater SF Bay Area and the Pacific northwest. Fun facts: I love cooking, photography and college basketball.
I started with Oracle in 2015 and am currently based out of Arlington, Va. I currently recruit for Penn State and Georgetown University. I truly enjoy getting to know the students and developing relationships with all the candidates I meet. I find it extremely rewarding to be able to help students with their transition from college into the “real world.” I am most definitely a “people person,” so being able to work with so many diverse students, while helping them with their career path, makes me love my job and makes me very thankful for what I do. Fun Fact: I am a part time personal trainer, and am very passionate about working out and living a healthy lifestyle.
I'm based in our Dallas office and cover our Oracle Class Of sales initiatives at Texas A&M and Baylor. I have always had a passion for campus recruiting, networking, and building relationships. Oracle is a highly respected global brand and I take pride in aligning top college talent with a career in technology sales or consulting. When I am not out recruiting in the spectacular state of Texas, you can find me spending quality time with my family or vintage shopping. Fun fact: I love long distance running and have completed three full marathons and over twenty half marathons.

I am honored to be a campus recruiter on the Oracle team. I reside in the great state of Texas, and I’m based in Dallas. I recruit from SMU, University of Houston, and Texas State University. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and graduate degree from St. Mary’s University. I’ve been in campus recruiting most of my career, and I’m excited about connecting with students and sharing information about the many opportunities available at Oracle. I enjoy meeting students of different cultural backgrounds and matching them with the right opportunity. This is an awesome place for recent grads to launch their career! One of my favorite things about Oracle is the flexibility employees have to make decisions and impact outcomes. When I’m not working, most of my time is spent with family and friends. Fun fact: I have three young boys, and we enjoy cooking together, watching movies, exploring new parks, going to the beach, and gathering around the campfire.
Prior to joining Oracle’s campus recruiting team, I spent two and a half years selling Oracle’s Customer Experience applications. Having a deep understanding of the traits that make one successful in sales, I enjoy being able to pick the brightest and most talented candidates from Cornell University’s graduating class. Oracle has given me the opportunity to connect with many different people from various backgrounds and experiences, helping to both stimulate my intellectual side and grow professionally. Fun Fact: I’ve become obsessed with golf. When I first started playing in 2012, I played 125 rounds in the Northeast!
I cover Class Of sales hiring for Stanford University and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. With over nine years of sales experience and many years of recruiting experience, I have the knowledge and drive to present candidates with a strong desire for sales. I am motivated, optimistic, loyal, confident, and always have a positive attitude in the many different roles I have taken on. At Oracle, I have fell in love with the energy, team comradery, great talent and overall culture of the company. I cannot imagine a better place to be!
