Kathi is the Director of College Relations. She joined Oracle in 2005 to start the Campus Recruiting program. She brings almost 20 years of college recruiting, career development, and recruitment programs. Kathi’s career began at Price Waterhouse (now PwC) as the National Director of MBA recruiting, hiring MBAs into the Consulting practice. Additionally, she worked in the same capacity at Grant Thornton and IBM (Consulting) as they re-branded their campus program. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. She currently resides just outside of Chicago with her family. Fun fact: Kathi is an avid sports fan and loves Chicago sports teams, college football, and basketball.
Helping you get from "new college grad" to "new Oracle employee" is what I do. Do you have questions about Oracle? I am your go-to gal for all things Oracle. I've been with Oracle since August 2008. I am constantly amazed by the smart people, the innovation, and the really cool things I get to do here. When I'm not on campus helping our recruiters, I'm in my garden, on a trail, or at the beach. Fun fact: I love canoe camping and visiting national parks.
I'm based in our Houston office and cover mostly Mid-America hiring initiatives. Oracle has many qualities that make it a great place to work. Above all, I really enjoy the camaraderie, as well as the company's agility and ability to innovate, to stay in tune with the times. When I'm not working or on the road, I'm running a nonprofit organization. Fun fact: I'm a graduate of Rice University, where I was also a football letterman.
I have covered many schools within the Class Of program since joining the Oracle team in 2012. I currently support our campus recruiting initiatives as a college recruiting manager. What I love about Oracle is the outstanding group of people I work with on a daily basis. I'm surrounded by an ambitious and talented community of employees that creates a culture of growth and success. I'm passionate about recruiting top talent to the organization and connecting new college graduates with great opportunities and career growth. Fun fact: I was an offensive lineman on the Holy Cross football team—and lost more than 100 pounds post-graduation.
I'm located in the heart of downtown Chicago and cover the University of Michigan for Class Of, as well as other Oracle hiring initiatives. When I'm not traveling from campus to campus, you can find me in a yoga studio or spending time with my friends and family. Fun fact: I lived in Rwanda and traveled to Uganda and Ethiopia for humanitarian work.
Currently I recruit Oracle NetSuite’s business development rep sales program for our Santa Monica, Austin, Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis, Burlington, and Toronto offices. Bringing fresh, new minds to Oracle is what I’m all about. Starting in sales at Oracle more than 11 years ago, and growing my career organically, I know the ins and outs of being successful in the sales organization and I’m happy to share what I know. I love the small groups we work in, the smart people we work with, and the impact my contribution makes every day. Living in Utah, I spend a lot of time outdoors on my snowboard or photographing the gorgeous landscape here. Fun fact: I love practicing yoga and finding new yoga poses that push me to my limits.
Since joining Oracle in August of 2012, I have been recruiting for our Class Of and Business Development programs. I’m based out of our Burlington hub; I live in the Greater Boston area with my husband and beautiful daughter. You can find me at Boston College or at the University of Massachusetts, recruiting the brightest and best talent for our teams. What I love about Oracle is our entrepreneurial and altruistic culture. We are innovative, imaginative, and give back to our communities. We challenge you to be creative and grow. Fun fact: I graduated with a Music Engineering degree and started my career at a video/music production studio in NYC.
Prior to joining Oracle’s Campus Recruiting team, I spent two and a half years selling Oracle’s Customer Experience applications. Having a deep understanding of the traits that make one successful in Sales, I enjoy being able to pick the brightest and most talented candidates from Cornell and Bucknell University's graduating class. Oracle has given me the opportunity to connect with many different people from various backgrounds and experiences, helping to both stimulate my intellectual side and grow professionally. Fun Fact: I’ve become obsessed with golf; when I first started playing in 2012, I played 125 rounds in the Northeast!
I'm honored to be a Campus Recruiter on the Oracle team. I reside in the great state of Texas, and am based in Dallas. I recruit from SMU for Class Of. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, and my graduate degree from St. Mary’s University. I’ve been in campus recruiting most of my career, and am excited about connecting with students and sharing information about the many opportunities available at Oracle. I enjoy meeting students of different cultural backgrounds and matching them with the right opportunity. This is an awesome place for recent grads to launch their career! One of my favorite things about Oracle is the flexibility employees have to make decisions and impact outcomes. When I’m not working, most of my time is spent with family and friends. Fun fact: I have three young boys, and we enjoy cooking together, watching movies, exploring new parks, going to the beach, and gathering around the campfire.
I cover Class Of hiring for Stanford University and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. With over nine years of Sales experience and many years of recruiting experience, I have the knowledge and drive to present candidates with a strong desire for Sales. I am motivated, optimistic, loyal, confident, and always have a positive attitude in the many different roles I take on. At Oracle, I have fallen in love with the energy, team camaraderie, great talent, and overall culture of the company. I cannot imagine a better place to be! Fun fact: I love setting new challenges for myself each year, whether it's completing the Spartan Trifecta, Tough Mudder, or—next on my bucket list—a half marathon!
I started with Oracle in 2015 and am currently based out of Arlington, VA. I currently recruit for Penn State and Georgetown University. I truly enjoy getting to know the students and developing relationships with all the candidates I meet. I find it extremely rewarding to be able to help students with their transition from college into the “real world.” I'm most definitely a “people person,” so being able to work with so many diverse students, while helping them with their career path, makes me love my job and makes me very thankful for what I do. Fun Fact: I'm a part-time personal trainer, and am very passionate about working out and living a healthy lifestyle.

As a College Recruiter, I focus on recruiting top talent for Oracle’s Class Of program, as well as other hiring initiatives. In my spare time, you can find me taking a yoga class, or spending time with my friends and family. Fun Fact: I practiced classical ballet for fourteen years.
I joined Oracle in early 2015 via the Datalogix acquisition. I’ve focused my entire career on professional and campus recruiting, student career development, and program management—and I continue to learn and be challenged by all of those daily! I love working with the bright minds that come out of the colleges we recruit from, and finding the right fit for those students at Oracle. Fun fact: In my spare time I’m a lifestyle blogger with a focus on all things DIY.
I joined Oracle in April 2015 and am based in the Houston, TX area. I lead our Class Of recruiting efforts for the University of Texas at Austin. My passion for recruiting began when I started giving campus tours as a freshman in college. I'm extremely proud to represent the Oracle brand on campus and educate students on the great things Oracle has to offer as an employer. Fun fact: I grew up in Clear Lake, a suburb south of Houston, and I had NASA in my backyard for most of my life. I visited and hung out in Mission Control on a frequent basis, as this was my dad’s office.
I have been with Oracle since 2013 and work in the Chicago area. When I'm not supporting this dynamic recruiting team, you can probably find me at one of the various activities in which my three kids are involved. Fun fact: I play on a competitive pub trivia team and am the resident expert on pop culture.
I recently joined the Recruiting team after several years of working in college career services. I love speaking to the students I meet at the campuses I visit, and helping them launch their careers with Oracle. I primarily visit schools in the greater SF Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest. Fun fact: I love cooking, photography, and college basketball.
I have been with Oracle since 2013. I'm based in Chicago, where I recruit top talent for North America from various schools in the US. The best thing about Oracle is the chance to work with such an amazing recruiting team. On the weekends, you can find me exploring Chicago's art and music scene, or cheering on my favorite sports teams. Fun fact: I'm a huge hockey fan.
I'm very excited to be part of the Oracle Campus Recruitment team. My background in Recruitment and Sales has fostered my passion for talent acquisition. Graduating from college is a pivotal (and sometimes scary) moment in life. My goal is to ease the anxiety of job searching and to create pathways for college students to lead successful careers at Oracle. Fun fact: I lived in Europe for almost 6 years.
I'm a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with over 11 years of related experience. In addition to being a PHR, I have worked in several different industries, including Technology, Financial Services, Engineering, Telecommunications, and Healthcare, where I led and managed several early-career talent programs. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; I began my HR career in New York, NY, and eventually came back home to my hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina. When I'm not traveling for work, I enjoy cheering on the Carolina Panthers, volunteering with the Junior League of Charlotte, and spending time with family and friends.
I’m honored to be a part of Oracle’s recruiting team. I'm based in our Houston office. I help cover our Class of Associate Solution Engineer. I have always had a passion for campus recruiting, networking, and building relationships. When I am not out recruiting, I spend time reading or traveling. Fun fact: I love golfing and I have participated in a handful of golf tournaments.
I joined Oracle in May of 2018 and recruit for our Class Of program at Purdue University and the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Prior to campus recruiting, I spent six years in Higher Education. I’m passionate about helping students find success through education. I recently moved back to my hometown of Dayton, Ohio. Fun Fact: I love to travel and have been to six continents!
I’ve been with Oracle since 2016 and have had the honor of serving within sales and recruitment. I began my journey with Oracle as a member of the illustrious Class Of program. I’m currently based in the greater Boston area and I recruit top talent for the same Class Of program. My focus schools are Boston University and Cornell University. On the weekends you can find me hanging out with friends and family or my puppy Hannibal, and trying out new vegetarian restaurants.
