Hotel Information for Oracle OpenWorld

For your convenience, Oracle has negotiated the lowest rates available for Oracle OpenWorld 2008. This is the only official Web site that Oracle supports for Oracle OpenWorld hotel information and reservations; Oracle is not responsible for any hotel reservations booked through other channels.

You must be registered for Oracle OpenWorld 2008 to secure hotel accommodations. You can make hotel reservations during online registration, by phone at 1.866.382.7147 (U.S. and Canada) or +1.650.226.0812 (international), or via e-mail at OpenWorldHousing@eventreg.com.

Already registered for Oracle OpenWorld 2008, but haven't made your hotel reservations?
If you have already registered for Oracle OpenWorld 2008 but have not yet made your hotel reservations, you can do so at My Registration Details. Be sure to have your username and password or the registration ID that was provided in your e-mail confirmation. Call 1.866.382.7147 (U.S. and Canada only) or +1.650.226.0812 (international) if you need assistance (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Pacific Time).

Oracle will provide hotel rooms at a discounted rate guaranteed by the hotels until August 27, 2008. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Hotel rooms are based on a real-time inventory system; rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rates listed do not include applicable taxes and surcharges.

All room reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.

If you have booked the government rate through Oracle OpenWorld, proper U.S. or Canadian government identification must be presented at check-in for the hotel to honor the government rate. If the proper identification is not presented at check-in, the hotel reserves the right to change your rate to the existing conference rate.

Cancellations must be made no less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will incur a penalty equal to one night's room and tax.

You must arrive on your scheduled day of arrival in order to avoid a no-show penalty equal to one night's room and tax and the cancellation of the remainder of your hotel stay.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to OpenWorldHousing@eventreg.com or via fax to +1.650.226.0840.
