User Groups at Oracle OpenWorld

Oracle is once again pleased to welcome its primary worldwide user groups at Oracle OpenWorld in San Francisco. Take the opportunity to engage with the Asia Pacific Oracle Usergroup Community (APOUC), EMEA Oracle Usergroup Community (EOUC), Higher Education User Group (HEUG), Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG), Oracle Development Tools User Group (ODTUG), Oracle HCM Users Group (OHUG), Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), and Quest International Users Group in a variety of ways during the week.

Not a member? Join now. User-group membership gives you a collective and valued voice into Oracle as well as a network of like-minded peers that can help you to get the most out of your significant investment in Oracle technology and applications. Speak to representatives from various user groups in the User Group Pavilion in Moscone West and meet with the expert speakers presenting sessions from Sunday to Thursday to determine which group or groups are the best fit for your area of interest.

User group activities start on Sunday, September 21 and run through the entire week.

Special Interest Groups

Take part in special interest group (SIG) meetings all day Sunday focused on a variety of products and services. You don't have to be a member of a SIG or a user group to attend.

Oracle User Group Sessions

Also on Sunday, attend sessions developed by Oracle users for Oracle users. Hosting groups present the best-of-the-best speakers and sessions from their own conferences and meetings as well as up-to-date content. Come for the content, and discover the value of instruction available directly from your peers.

Oracle OpenWorld General Conference and Oracle Develop

Participating user groups are providing more than 150 sessions within the general conference and Oracle Develop. With your full-conference and/or Oracle Develop registration, you are encouraged to search for and add these sessions to your schedule for the week. As with the Oracle Users Forum, you'll discover the value of instruction delivered directly from your peers.

Networking Receptions

Would you like to meet the leaders and members of the participating user groups in a networking format? Several of the participating user groups are hosting their own receptions during Oracle OpenWorld. These receptions may be based on the products you use or the geographical region from which you hail. Visit each group within the User Groups Pavilion and ask if the group you're interested in is hosting a reception.
